OUR APPROACH

Our approach allows each customer to have the same Flow experience.
1. CUSTOMER BRIEF
This phase is where we have our design technician come out and meet you to understand what you are wanting to get out of your home heating solutions. We will get to know you and your family to understand which system will best suit your needs.
2. SITE VISIT
This is where we pair our information that we have gathered from Phase One with on site measurements and specifications. It allows the team to get a better idea of the systems and how they would fit on site.
3. SYSTEM DESIGN
This Phase is where the Flow team produce a system design for your heating requirements. Our friendly tech team will design a system specifically for you and your home according to your brief and floor plan.
4. INSTALLATION
This Phase is where the magic happens. Based on the agreed time frames, the team get to work working with you and/or the build project team to fit out your home.
